for my 6yr old child has 101.8 fever, how much dosage P500 syrup should be given?

Mam you have not mentioned the weight of your child because the amount of medicine is decided as per the age and weight so currently just by looking at the age I would recommend to give about about 5.5 ML to the child which you can repeat every six hours and also too cold sponge that will help in breaking the temperature
