Sowmya MMom of 4 children3 years agoA. hello actually there are so many good apediatric syrup which are the contents are the same minute with the different names like sumo crocin calpol but you have to use under the prescription of your doctor if the fever is more you can use meftal also but only under the prescription of your doctor
