Can Ibugesic syrup be used for high fever for my baby who is 3•5 years old? Is Ibugesic better or Meftal P Syrup better for high fever?

A. hi. can guve ibugesic syp.. meftal p should be given only if it is advice by ur doc. dont give it by yourself. also give ur chikd more fluids
