For a 17 days baby boy how to know if baby is actually hungry or is having too much breastmilk / formula milk. Baby is crying a lot and also spits out some milk for 3-4 times a day. And how to know if baby is having cough? Please help

A. Hello, your baby boy is newborn just 17 days old and if she/he is hungry then will cry typically and suck his fingers and anxious too and will be calm after at breast
