food plan for breastfeed mother

A. Dear mum, as a breastfeeding mother, you should have a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Have proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseeds. You can have non veg food. Have adequate water intake.
