Toddlers are generally fussy eaters they need variety in food
Serve same home cooked food in different form like veg pulao, roti kathi roll, frankie, veg cheese sandwich, cheese aloo paratha, veg paratha, paneer paratha, add puréed vegetables in the aata and serve different coloured roti, smoothies or milk shakes made with dry fruits or fruits...
Make the child sit with family members during meal time
Let the child eat onetime food by himself and ignore the mess...
Do not force the child to eat
Make a reward chart and give one star each time the child finishes the food or keep small toys which are not expensive to give when the child finishes whole food

As you have mentioned your child is not taking food .
You may give her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the daytime ( don't wake her up though)
Don't use RO water
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
giveher more probiotics.
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered.
