Dear mum, for 1 year old baby boy, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give all family foods. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Add ghee to baby’s food. Give variety of grains, cereal, pulses and legumes. Give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time. Continue to breastfeed till 2 years.
