You can feed foods like chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, besan and beetroot cheela, idli-dosa with sambhar, stuffed parantha, oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, seasonal fruits, veg sandwich, pan cake, waffle, boiled egg, omelette, veg cutlet, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, dalia, chicken and fish curry with rice, milk alongwith lots of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks.
