A. Hi Mom, Your two year old child should be eating three healthy meals, plus two snacks per day. Make sure your child eat from each of the basis four food groups each day: Meat, fish, poultry, or eggs. Milk, cheeese, and other dairy products. Fruits and veggies, cereals, potatoes, rice and flour products.
