NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello the size of the baby in the womb will be very small and it can be as small as a fish or lizard .. you will know more details in the sonography when you get it done and any concern then it would be better to check with your doctor and your doctor can guide you accordingly
