Hi There is no such pregnancy diet for all nine months you should eat whatever you like to eat there are some restrictions that you should not have pineapple papaya and watermelon and blue cheese and brinjal apart from that I think you can have most of the things even you can have Chinese food just avoid having MSG into Chinese because that’s not healthy for you
