Q.

fever with rash... what's the possible reason

A. sometimes rashes can appear because of the high fever as well hopefully you are giving proper medication along with the Paracetamol to the baby otherwise please consult with your doctor for the proper medication and on the Rashi if you can apply some antiseptic cream like Soframycin or Boroline cream as well you can even apply Lacto Calamine lotion
