fever is 102 first day..... i m giving pracatemol syrup each 6 hour.. after 6 hour fever is cuming 100... 2 dayds tis condition... i m suffering from this covit time... baby head fully heated temperature.. but i m doing cold water to cloth rubbed in whole body after temperature is decrese... wat i do.....now she is 7 month old

A. dear mum.. I would suggest you to consult with paediatrician in person to get the evaluation done increase breast feeding. continue with tepid sponging with room temperature water only.
