feel like a cyst on the arm(above elbow)of my 5 month old baby...what's the cause?

A. LipoMa is a very common issue with kids but you need to be more sure about it after getting a check with your doctor it could be nothing just a fat a ball which is common but it is just important for you to one time get a check with your doctor
