feeding mother ko Kya Kya Khana jaruri hai? khatta ya mithi chij kha sakte hai Kya? aur Kya avoid karna chahiye

A. Dear mum, since nutrition requirements for breastfeeding mother’s are high, you should have one additional healthy meal as compared to earlier. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Include variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables. Have proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseeds. Have adequate water intake. There are no food restrictions as such, however you should avoid processed and packaged foods for your own good health.
