initially the milk that comes is rich in water and after that it becomes thick it is rich in fat so
at one time feed from only one breast do not switch breast

it is natural thing
please don't get panic for consistency of milk
give more and more breastfeeds to your child
feed your child on each breast at least 20 minutes so your child can get full fat hindmilk well which help to increase your child weight
