Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutthe baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok.

Any One brand which ever is easily available to you you can go ahead with either of them both are good both have been like a really really very old chain I think we also eat in the same when we were kids So go for any which ever is easily available to you
