#exergentemporalscanner he is 8years old but he is under weight how to increase his weight

A. Hi dad, if your kid is active, happy and eating properly then nothing to worry about his weight. you can feed whole grains and millets, dals , pulses, sprouts, milk, paneer, curd, banana, boiled potato, nuts, dried fruit, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, idli, kheer, veg sheera, upma, idli, paratha, egg, chicken , fish if non vegetarian, and use ghee in meal preparations. avoid outside processed and junk foods, biscuits, chocolate, etc. add small mid-meals after every 2 hours gap and regularize meal timings.
