you can feed whole grains and millets, dals , pulses, sprouts, milk, paneer, curd, banana, boiled potato, nuts, dried fruit, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, idli, kheer, veg sheera, upma, idli, paratha, egg, chicken , fish if non vegetarian, and use ghee in meal preparations.
avoid outside processed and junk foods, biscuits, chocolate, etc.
add small mid-meals after every 2 hours gap and regularize meal timings.
