Better to mix it with simple water
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350.

please give daily sun light exposure
please avoid all packaged food and products with refind flour
please give easily digestible home made food to your child
please avoid RO water
please consult with good ayurvedic or homeopathic physician about this matter
