If You’re not able to sleep during a specific hour then you should consult your doctor maybe they can give you a mild sleeping pill for the time being so that at least you start sleeping properly and once you get into this practice of sleeping properly then things are going to be better because that way you’ll be fresh and you’ll be able to take care of your child
