Enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes largest measuring 16x8mm... Please guide me and what will b the course of treatment

enlarged lymph nodes are caused by viral or bacterial Infection.
if it is caused by viral Infection ,it can get alright by the time
but if it is caused by bacterial Infection , it needs antibiotic Medicines course.
so , please visit your pediatrician who can diagnose right and can suggest right treatment to your child.
