Elders are saying to avoid giving curd rice to babies (1.7 years old my child) and even for adults at night time. is there is any reason behind it ? will it cause indigestion

Hello,yes it's true that most of the people say lime that but as every individual is different and the reason behind it that is most of the people catches cold if they eat curd at night,but it's not necessary that your baby will catch cold ,so you should give a try if you want to see.
