Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. continue the medicines given by the doctor now. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok

See it could be due to an infection in the stomach since you’re already using antibiotics it can take 3 to 5 days and you need to completely stop giving milk as of now still even after five days of course the blood is still coming into the poop then in that case you’ll have to conduct a stool test for your child
