Q.

During pregnancy in USS it shows my baby have bilateral mildly enlarged renal pelvis of 7-8mm and after delivery in in 3d day USS it shows left kidney is normal but right having mildly enlarged renal pelvis with 7mm. Doctor told it is normal and no need to worry, it will go itself in one year or earlier and asked us to take another USS around two months . is this need to be worried?

A. most of the times it will reduce on its own as the baby grows but we have to keep monitoring it and that's why after birth to inform your pediatrician about the condition
