Q.

During my periods the pain is severe and if I take medicine before the pain get worse still than it takes 1-2 hours to get stable and during thus my pain level get increase what can I do please suggest

A. Don't take medicines during periods .. instead this use tender coconut and boiled rice during periods

A. You should not take the medicine that is creating so much trouble check with your doctor for a better medicine along with that keep a hot water bottle of heat pad on your tummy that is also going to help in reducing the pain look for natural options
