Duphalac is very sugary can I take this syrup while on diet so will this point the diet

Yes If you have cut out completely on sugar then you should not have these things also which have high content of sugar because obviously it is going to affect your diet that way but if it is an important thing then you take it otherwise you can also go for medicines apart from that which helps in relieving constipation
