due to cold and cough my son is 10 months and has lost a lot of weight how do I help him to regain his weight back

Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest. As a part of viral illness there could be associated symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly alonncg with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .
