AbhayaMom of a 16 yr old boy2 years agoA. milk teeth fall and permanent teeth come. milk teeth start to fall by the age of 8 years. pre-molars and molars may or may not fall. it depends on child to child. rest you can consult the pediatrician of your child. don't pull the moving tooth forcefully . it will hurt the child
