Q.

Dr, suggest me a plain paracetamol medicine without pain killer...My baby has fever from yesterday night..

A. you can give calpol drops to your baby 1.2 ml approximately in every 6 hourly. give your child lots of rest. do visit your doctor if no improvement after 3 days.
