Dr, plz suggest already given calpol 250 but fever not reducing so after 5hr given mefenamic acid suspension 4ml , my boy is shivering also

Complete the course of treatment as a advice by the doctor. But if the symptoms are getting severe, please get in touch with your consulting paediatrician again to guide you further.
