Dr. meri beti 3months ki wo vomiting bahut karti hai aur weight kitna hona chaihye abhi uska weight 4.5 kg hai please suggest me

It should be somewhere around 1500 g more than the birth weight if your child has gained that much or more than that that this is a very healthy weight gain and vomiting is normal to try to feed your child only on demand that is certainly going to be or not beneficial for you at in this time
