A. hi your baby is 4 months old now most common cause of white patches on face is fungal infection for which you can apply antifungal ointment like tenovate M ointment twice a day for 5 days

Hello ma’am Mostly these spots are due to deficiency of calcium But there could be other reasons also so I would advise you to please consult your paediatrician ones for a proper check up as without proper check up nothing can be suggested so consult your doctor and he’ll tell you what is the reason
