Dr mera baby 1year ka hai usko kuch dino se sham ko normal sa fever aa jata hai, uske sare test kraye please Dr report dekh kar btaiye usko kya problem hai

A. fever matlab aap thermometer rakke ke confirm karlo ki baby ko above 99F ka temp he ki nai. Agar above 100F he tho kaafi mild dosage parcetmal syrup de dhena. Baby ko fluids jayad dethe rehna.. normal hojayega.

A. Hello, your baby boy is 13 months old and he is getting mild fever at night times so don’t worry if the temperature is less than 100 degrees then give him calcium vitamin d3 and iron medicine
