Dr. How will I know if my baby's stomach is full or not and Does he have sufficient breast milk or not?

A. Usually kids can understand when their tummy is full they just take their mouth away when they are full or they just go to sleep and secondly their child’s tummy is full for 2 to 3 hours after taking a feed that’s a sign it that your child is getting enough feeding from you
