Q.

Dr adviced to have all normal food but my baby is preterm is there is anything particular food to avoid? can u help me with diet chart for baby weight gain

A. Dear mum, your doctor is correct, you can have all the homemade foods. Avoid processed and packaged foods, junk foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products. Nuts like almonds and flaxseeds. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake.
