does vomting injection cause pain for my baby? he is unable move his leg, is this ok

A. due to the injection needle there might be pain which will subside in next one day and if you feel that the child is having pain you can give paracetamol to the child but if you feel that the child is not able to move the limb properly get a medical examination done
