does teething causes vomiting????my baby is 9 months old

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. Loss of appetite and forceful feeding can cause vomiting or stomach infection in digestion can lead to vomiting but when a child starts to have its teeth they normally suffer with diarrhoea and loss of appetite but vomiting is mostly not there
