stick to the good home remedies like steaming, applying and massaging heated mustard oil to your baby's chest and back, increased breastfeeding, plenty of rest/sleep, and using nasal saline drops in cold n congestion.

During winters, the human body requires an ample amount of nutrition which ragi can easily provide.. but when child as cold better to avoid it which is good as it cannot easily be digested
