Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios toosee more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 years agoA. Ma’am I don’t think so it makes you lose weight but still a medicine can be used in different different manner sometimes medicines do different job into the body so to have much more clarity over this issue kindly just cannot confirm with your own doctor
