does homemade shrikhand cause acidity...bcoz my daughter had shrikhand n roti in dinner and she is already suffering from acidity bcoz of which she vomits at night...i m very much worried

A. It is little heavy to digest abd avoid giving curd at night in future so it might cause acidity and now give her Saunf ka paani a couple months f times
