Q.

Does direct feeding only 3 or 4 times a day without pumping causes engorgement even with low supply to my 2 month old baby ?

A. My LC told so. But I am unable to latch her often as I have an elder kid and no support system. Also the baby searches for if I’m not around.

A. hello breast engorgement can happen for different reasons and can vary and if you have then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better
