Does breast milk provides immunity for the babies? What can i give to my baby if i m not able to feed?

A. Baby immunity and growth can be taken care of by giving a proper diet with all the nutrition required for proper growth of the child . vitamin C, zinc, iron and vitamin D has key role in this. Multivitcamin syrup like syp full 365 can be given 5 ml twice a day for 1 to 2 months.
