Q.
Doctor, what should I feed my baby so that both height and weight increase simultaneously and health remains intact. Memory also remains sharp. I do not use products like Horlicks or Bournvita. Is there any product which along with health and height also keeps the memory growth good and is also optical which can be believed in?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 week agoA. Namaste Mom, For all these mentioned above you dont have a magic pill or powder , instead a healthy diet consisting of home made and natural foods such as seasonal fruits & vegetables etc, and also water . and outdoor playing and activities over all help
