Q.

doctor told to give a pinch of nutmeg powder in babies food for better sleep (she doesn't sleep well) is it okay? any side effects?

A. yes you can give.. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly. breastmilk contains good hormones that help in inducing sleep..try feeding in lying position.. for better sleep.. offer more liquids

Nope Nutmeg is a healthy spice you can definitely give it to the child the doctor has advised to go for other it has other health benefits as well so but of course if you want to you can give it to your child on a regular basis but for how long you have to give it that your doctor only will confirm
