doctor there is small light shade black colour spot in my baby's eyes...is it any deficiency?

This should be properly check up by the Opthmalogist as it is matter of most sensitive part of body which is eye.
Don't put any drop in eye without consulting doc. Give Home made nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc.
