my wife's delivery was C. S. It was on July. After her delivery certain complications was there due to that she couldn't go through her post delivery routines. she hadn't take any medicines after delivery. Now she have backpain where the Anastasia given. Can she take medicines now. Will it affect to my child...?

Doctor my wife's delivery was C. S. It was on July. After her delivery certain complications was there due to that she couldn't go through her post delivery routines. she hadn't take any medicines after delivery. A. Even if she takes medicine she can’t take it for more than 10 days especially the painkillers. The back ache comes to hormonal changes. She can try doing some stretching exercises and use the beltWrite Your Answer Here

A. yrs start calcium. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide yousee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her

A. you can start drinking black coffee....I suffered from this, my doctor suggests me to drink black coffee... and sleep on a flat small pillow or without pillow...

A. hi
she should take iron and calcium supplements as per your gynecologist prescription.
she must take green leafy vegetables, fruits, nuts, pulses, dairy products etc in her diet.
avoid sitting or standing for long period.
she can keep pillow between legs while sleeping
and use heating pad like Babyhug heating pad to get relief in pain
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day.
