Doctor my cousins son having last 2days fever and cold, he having to much having reddish eye we r so worried that is it COVID or anything

please measure the temperature if it is 100f or above please consult your pediatrician.
keep a child well hydrated
give more citrus fruits.
give Luke warm water with pinch of turmeric powder and salt in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours.
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
visit your pediatrician for once
