Q.

Doctor, my breast milk is not producing. I take pulses and milk with powder But there is no benefit. what can I do???

A. yes, to increase breast milk yiu shoukd have kore of milk n milk products, papaya, garlic, dry fruits and nuts, dates, green leafy veggies. you csn also start taking shatavari kalp.
