doctor my baby caught cold. she has stuffy nose. she is 3 months old. what can I do to make her comfortable

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Cold most of the time is a viral illness where there could be running nose sneezing along with cough and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration . steam inhalation will also be useful in this .
cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be used once a proper evaluation by the doctor is done and according to the type of cough its prescribed.
if any fever is there phfaracetamol can be given to redguce the temperature and the dose can be repeated again after 6 hours if required .

for stufy nose , use Nasal saline drops
you can give massage with warm Mustard oil and garlic pod fusion with it.
you can use Babyhug rapid relief rub to cure this faster
