Namaste Mom, Aap baby ko phele , liquid consistency se start kare , and as woh accept kare aap semi solid and mashed consistency foods de, aap usse one thing at time se, small quantity mein, aur jaise woh acche se accept kare, aap gradually quantity, variety & number of meals increase kare aur apne feed k saath alter kare,
